1. Parmesan Parsley Pizzazz Popcorn

  • 4 tbsp freshly grated parmesan cheese 
  • to 2 teaspoons of freshly and finely chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
  • This recipe can be substituted with powdered parmesan, and dried parsley flakes if more convenient.
  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl, then add popcorn.

2. Sinful Cinnamon Sugar Popcorn

Gently melt 2 teaspoons of coconut oil on low heat in a pan and add 2 teaspoons of coconut or date sugar.  

Add 1 tsp of cinnamon and heat to form a mixed liquid.  Do not boil.

Mix popcorn and topping in a large bowl and coat evenly using a spatula.

3. Fuhgettaboutit Italian Popcorn

Mix 2 teaspoons of olive oil and 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning, and half a teaspoon of garlic powder in a large bowl.  

Optional:  Generous sprinkle of parmesan cheese  

Add 2.5-3 cups of popcorn into the bowl and coat evenly by tossing and or stirring with a spatula.

4. Lemon Delight

Mix together 2 teaspoons of avocado oil and half a teaspoon of freshly grated black pepper, 1 teaspoon of fresh lemon zest, and half a teaspoon of dried or freshly chopped mint.  Add 2.5 to 3 cups of popcorn into a large bowl and mix well.

5. Chili Lime Cha Cha

Mix 2 teaspoons of extra virgin olive oil with 2 teaspoons of your favorite chili hot sauce.  

Add 1.5 teaspoons of lime zest and a teaspoon of lime juice.  Add half a teaspoon of cumin and a quarter teaspoon of chili powder, and a generous sprinkle of chili flakes

We used Cholula hot sauce and highly recommend it.  All varieties are delicious!
