This savory and sweet recipe for golden beets is perfect for your next dinner party! They are cooked to perfection in the instant pot, so you only need a few simple ingredients to get started.
Ingredients:
4 medium-sized golden beets (peeled and cubed)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon of ground black pepper
½ cup of chicken broth or vegetable broth
1 tablespoon honey
Instructions:
Add the cubed golden beets, olive oil, salt and pepper to the instant pot. Stir to combine.
Pour the chicken or vegetable broth over the beets and mix everything together.
Cover the instant pot and set it to manual high pressure for 15 minutes.
Once finished cooking, quick release the pressure and open the lid carefully.
Add in honey and stir until everything is evenly coated in syrup.
